I recently had my phone flashed by Brent and I couldn't be happier with the service. Prior to deciding to flash my phone I had asked Brent numerous questions and he took the time to answer every one. Once I decided to go ahead and I paid for the service I was contacted within 15 minutes with the next steps. I had numerous issues having my number ported from the poor excuse of a cell phone company Sprint. During this time Brent was incredible patient while I continued to deal with porting my number over. After successfully getting my number ported over Brent started to flash my phone. During this process he explained what he was doing so I never had any questions. During the process he encountered a couple errors with my phone (no fault of his own) and he continued to work with me in order to fix these errors. Ultimately Brent probably spent more than twice the usual time working to flash my phone but at the end of the night he was successful, everything worked as advertised. If you are having doubts about his service, I can assure that the next time I need a phone flashed I will be going back to Brent, no questions asked!

I swear this guy is awesome. I had to my phones fly both from sprint to straight talk. He was so patient with me and getting my mms working properly. I know that I need to have a third phone done and I for sure will be coming back to him every time.
